Female entrepreneurs think outside the box

More than 11 million women are entrepreneurs and almost half of them say they started their own businesses because they wanted more control over their schedules, according to serial entrepreneur James Rickman. "These successful woman entrepreneurs all share a common characteristic: they think outside the box," Rickman writes.
