Isis partners with major credit cards for mobile payments

Isis, a mobile-payment venture from telecommunication companies AT&T, Verizon and T-Mobile, signed deals this week with American Express, Discover Financial Services, Visa and MasterCard. The agreements allow Isis to connect mobile phones with all four major credit cards, an advantage over rival services from Google and Sprint, which work only with MasterCard.
