King of Prussia Mall to build new 122,790-SF addition

The King of Prussia retail center near Philadelphia will undergo an expansion and redevelopment. Plans call for the tear-down of the former John Wanamaker department store, which will be replaced with a two-story, 122,790-square-foot building that will house 10 new stores. It will be the first major redevelopment at the shopping center since 2001.
