Pennsylvania town's "dry" status spurs ongoing debate

Residents of Bellevue, Pa., won't get another chance to repeal a ban on liquor in restaurants until 2015, but that hasn't stemmed the debate since opponents of the ban narrowly lost in a May referendum on the law. Proponents of the ban say it helps the town keep the peace, while restaurant owners and other opponents argue that it hampers growth in a town struggling to fill vacant storefronts.
