Program provides therapeutic fun for seniors, children with disabilities

A summer camp in Groton, Conn., pairs residents of a local senior citizen community with children who have autism, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder and other developmental disorders. Called Sensational Synergy, the program focuses on social skills. Campers take part in typical camp activities like art and music, and many of the seniors also participate in the activities.
