Google+ could have big implications for social and search marketers, writes Dave Williams. Google's ability to span search and social could usher in a new era of social search marketing, with data-rich targeting processes enabling ads to be ever-more attuned to users' needs. "Google is already collecting data on search queries. ... Thanks to Google+, it will soon also know what you do, who you are, and who you know," Williams writes.
