TEPCO: Fukushima plant may be leaking radioactive water

Tokyo Electric Power reports that radioactive water may be leaking into the sea from the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear plant. A leak has long been suspected by some, and Japanese authorities ordered TEPCO to investigate the matter. TEPCO has apologized for the failure to prevent the leak and is taking measures to ensure that the contaminated water does not spread further.
