California bridge won't receive key parts until September, officials say

Problems at a steel fabrication plant in China will delay the delivery of parts for California's Bay Bridge. The delay could push back the completion date for the eastern span of the bridge, officials say. Officials say the deck and tower segments may arrive in September. They note that their goal is to replace the bridge before the next major earthquake.
