Court: No workers' comp for employees deployed abroad

Teachers hired by the International School Services to work outside the U.S. are not entitled to workers' compensation insurance, a New Jersey appeals court decided, overturning a lower court ruling. The appeals court found inadequate evidence to establish residence and other sufficient contacts that could be used as legal basis for coverage. The case returns to the lower court.
