Foreclosure pipeline is still full, analysts say

Even though the market and prices have rebounded significantly, plenty of homes are still in the foreclosure pipeline and will eventually hit the market, particularly on the East Coast, according to the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. That's in large part because many East Coast states use the judicial foreclosure process, which can take longer to complete.
