Employers say wellness incentive best part of health reform

A Lockton Benefit Group survey of U.S. employers showed 37% of respondents said the best part of the health reform law is the increase in incentives for wellness programs. Starting in 2014, employers can increase incentives from the current 20% to 30% of health insurance premiums for employees that participate fully in a wellness program.
