NYC chef opts for meaty Mondays

Executive chef Christian Ragano has taken the opposite approach to Meatless Mondays with a three-course meat-centric meal on the menu at New York Central. Dishes include foie gras, bison, ostrich and elk, and guests can add even more meat with a fourth course such as a prosciutto and chocolate dessert.
