Kansas Bioscience Authority to award $6 million in grants

The Kansas Bioscience Authority's board has voted to award $6 million in grants to research projects and life sciences startups in the state. Among the recipients is Phlogistix, which will use a $98,890 grant to conduct preclinical studies of proteins that can regulate inflammation in patients with traumatic brain injuries.
