The Lebanon Country Club in Lebanon, Pa., has gone directly to the stomachs of its members by populating the tables of its full-service clubhouse with food grown on an unused portion of the club's lawn. The garden and miniature orchard have become points of pride for the club and serve as integral parts of its identity.
