Report: U.S. cities to face water-related effects of climate change

The U.S. could face more intense storms, rising sea levels and water shortages as a result of climate change, according to a study by the Natural Resources Defense Council. The report recommends that cities reduce greenhouse gases and water consumption, and adapt or build infrastructure to mitigate and prevent the negative effects of climate change.
