Accommodating nursing mothers in the workplace

The Department of Labor has issued the rules regarding break times for nursing mothers -- but they're a bit confusing, Tim Gould writes. For example, the rules call for a "reasonable" amount of time for the break but doesn't provide specifics. "Here's another puzzler: Only non-exempt workers are entitled to the breaks. What's the rationale behind that?" he writes.
