Paying online still proves too complicated for many consumers

Many consumers still balk at buying online because they find the effort of typing in credit card information each time too time-consuming, according to this report. Sites such as Amazon.com and Apple's App Store, which store shoppers' credit card information and make the payment process move more quickly, have an advantage that other online players aim to emulate.
