3 ways to have fewer meetings and make them more effective

About 85% of bosses think their companies' meetings are ineffective and inefficient, a survey found. Marcia Blenko, Michael Mankins and Paul Rogers write that this can be countered by scrapping meetings that aren't focused on making specific decisions, starting a "decision log" to track the decision-making process and ensuring that only those people with a direct decision-making role attend. "[Y]ou should soon find that your time is freed up, [and] that your remaining meetings are far more productive than before," they write.
