New Pivot network will target 18-to-34 audience

Pivot, a cable network aimed at the 18-to-34 audience, is slated to debut on Thursday in more than 40 million homes. The startup in its first year plans to run more than 300 hours of original programming, including scripted series, a variety show and a talk program hosted and executive produced by Meghan McCain, daughter of Sen. John McCain, R-Ariz.
