CDC: Parasitic infection linked to produce hits people in 11 states

CDC data show that at least 285 people in 11 states have contracted intestinal cyclospora infections, often linked to fresh produce, but researchers have not determined the exact cause. Most cases have been reported in Iowa and Nebraska, but CDC officials are not sure whether cases in all states are linked.
