Law firm links healthy staff to higher-quality work

The law firm Taft Stettinius & Hollister in Cincinnati uses treadmill desks, healthy-snack Fridays and in-house yoga classes as part of its corporate wellness program. Chief personnel officer Beth Silvers says law is a stressful profession and that healthy people produce higher-quality work and better-quality client service, so "making sure that our people are in good shape and in control of their health is really important to us."
