McDonald's brews McCafe success

In 2011, McDonald's sold more than $2.1 billion in coffee, as patrons discovered its improved quality and $1 price tag. The company can increase its appeal to coffee-drinkers, according to William Richards, by improving the look of its restaurants, perhaps adding music and better lighting.
