Surgeons to construct new nose for teenager

A 17-year-old girl without eyes or a nose is nearing the end of many surgeries to prepare for and implant a new nose constructed by surgeons in the U.S. To create the bridge, doctors will take a bone from the girl's rib cage and affix it to her forehead bone. The nose will be covered in skin from her forehead.
