What you add to a burger while grinding and cooking the meat can be just as important -- if not more so -- than the ingredients you use to top it. Burger-building tips include adding moisture-rich ingredients to lean beef and turkey burgers, and considering ethnic ingredients such as chipotle peppers and Mexican cheeses. A Greek burger can be made out of ground lamb meat, feta cheese and fresh chopped mint.
