Consumers want experiences over tangible goods

Speakers at the Happiness Summit in New York City last month say that experiences produce a higher satisfaction rate among customers than material purchases. Translation: More devices in a hotel room may not equal satisfaction, while experiences at a hotel are more likely to do so.
