Indiana county hopes to attract Nano-Rad

Dubois County, Ind., hoping Nano-Rad will establish its headquarters and manufacturing facility in the area, is offering a loan of as much as $200,000. The company is awaiting FDA approval for an implantable device that can treat breast and prostate cancers by delivering low-dose radiation.
