ABA's jobs-data requirement riles NALP

The American Bar Association has decided to require law schools to directly report law graduates' employment data instead of reporting the data through the National Association for Law Placement. The NALP has indicated that it may take legal action against the ABA to avoid being removed from the reporting process.
