Don't be afraid to admit mistakes, TripAdvisor VP says

TripAdvisor executive Luc Levesque hands new workers a "user manual" to help them get to grips with his expectations and leadership style. Among the tips: Answer e-mails quickly, follow through on commitments and don't be afraid to 'fess up when things go wrong. "Fall on your sword. ... We move very fast, and we're going to make mistakes," Levesque says. "That's OK. Just own up, find a solution and move on."
