NuStar to purchase controlling shares in Turkish oil terminals

NuStar Energy said it will spend as much as $60 million to acquire a 75% stake in a partnership that runs two oil faculties in Turkey. The company also seeks to boost its ability to deliver crude oil from North Dakota's Bakken Shale by expanding a petroleum plant in Louisiana.
