Mass. warns on danger of BPA for children

Massachusetts health officials warned parents of children up to age 2 to avoid using plastic bottles containing bisphenol A for breast milk or formula, and urged women who are pregnant or nursing to avoid products containing the chemical. The officials said the warning came after a yearlong review that found "consistent" scientific evidence of the potential danger of BPA for young children.
