Hershey craves share of Hispanic market

The Hispanic market is attracting attention from the candy industry as companies such as Atkinson Candy and Pop Rocks have launched new targeted products. Hershey Foods will introduce white chocolate Kisses filled with dulce de leche and will sell the candies in bilingual packaging. "There is no bigger opportunity for confectionery manufacturers today," said an industry group executive.
