New Fla. laws to affect HOAs

Several bills that were signed into law in Florida this year will affect how HOAs conduct business, writes Rob Samouce. The measures mean HOAs must allow members to scan records via smartphone or tablet without charge, are able to distribute owners' contact information without written consent, and have the ability to suspend use rights if a homeowner breaks rules or regulations.
