Darfur UN-AU commander: Helicopters badly needed

Outgoing Darfur UN-African Union joint force commander Gen. Martin Luther Agwai says security has improved thanks to the efforts of peacekeepers -- but a lack of transport helicopters has hampered their progress. To date, no nation has provided peacekeepers with any of the 18 helicopters requested by UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon.
