What leaders can learn from Walter White

Walter White, the schoolteacher turned drug dealer from AMC's "Breaking Bad," might seem an unusual model for CEOs, but his ambition and ruthlessness in building and extending his organization's reach is something business leaders can learn from, writes Ben Wasserstein. Still, White's grit and courage isn't coupled with the humility he'd need to become a truly great leader. "Walt may have an iron will, but he's megalomaniacal," Wasserstein notes.
