The Sangre de Cristo Hospice in Colorado has launched an equine therapy program designed to help children cope with the anger, fear and grief that comes with the loss of a loved one, whether it's through death, divorce or other separations. Staffers and volunteers prepared for the program by training with equine therapist and horseman Michael Dawson.
