Add a call to action to your small-business' website

Seven in 10 websites operated by small business-to-business companies do not have calls to action, and roughly the same number lack prominently displayed phone numbers, according to a study sponsored by Small Business Trends. A call to action can take several forms, Anita Campbell writes. It might involve asking customers to view a product demonstration, request a quote or use a special offer, she notes.
