Bush calls health care, energy costs greatest threats to economy

President George W. Bush says workers' reports of hourly compensation increases not being felt in higher take-home pay because of high health care costs represent a big problem for the economy. At a meeting with his economic advisers, Bush said along with the higher health care costs, energy costs present the biggest threats to the otherwise stable economy.
