IEA: OPEC supply up, but demand still high in China

The Wall Street Journal reports that global oil prices have dropped about 20% from the record level seen in July, thanks to a combination of reduced consumption in the U.S. and Europe and increased output by OPEC. However, the International Energy Agency today warned that the market may remain tight because of strong demand in China and other geopolitical factors.
