Can JetBlue slide back from the brink?

A JetBlue airline attendant made headlines this week for badmouthing passengers before fleeing via his plane's inflatable escape slide. The incident could help pull JetBlue out of its own slide, writes Duff McDonald, noting that the company shed about 80% of its stock price since 2003. A tight grasp on margins and strong customer service have helped the budget airline survive in spite of rising fuel prices, McDonald writes, and the company finally looks set to soar again.
