Marketing company Sapient used its CSR program, Sapient Gives Back, to send executives and frontline employees to help rebuild U.S. communities devastated by tornadoes this year. That hands-on approach helped boost worker engagement with the firm's CSR priorities, writes Vice President of People Success Frank Schettino.
