The Food Network has teamed up with nonprofit group Share Our Strength for a childhood-hunger awareness effort next month that will include more than two dozen cable networks. The TV partners are plugging into the Go Orange push during Hunger Awareness Month, with many airing PSAs, providing online information and using social media to promote the issue. Many networks on Sept. 8 also plan to air orange versions of their logos as part of their backing.
