E-merchants are using retargeting techniques online, and 58% of consumers have noted it, according to a survey by Adroit Media and Toluna. Most consumers (59%) were neutral about the ads, but 30% felt "positive" or "very positive" about receiving ads based on their browsing behavior, and only 11% reacted negatively.
