N.C. regulator works to file claim against wire-transfer company's bond

The North Carolina Office of the Commissioner of Banks is seeking customers of a Florida-based wire-transfer company whose funds weren't processed before the company closed in April. Once the customers are identified, the regulator plans to submit a claim on the company's $250,000 surety bond. To date, more than $70,000 worth of unprocessed transfers have been documented by customers.
