Survey: Clinicians use computers, mobile devices to interact with EHRs

A survey conducted by Epocrates found that the number of clinicians who use computers, tablets and smartphones for clinical work has increased this year. Epocrates also revealed that 71% of 1,063 physicians and midlevel practitioners who responded to the survey used laptop or desktop computers to interact with EHRs, compared with 49% who utilized tablets for the same purpose.
