Newegg CEO is out as IPO plans languish

Online electronics retailer Newegg announced the departure of CEO Tally Liu, almost a year after the e-commerce company filed plans to go public. With no firm plans to go forward with the initial public offering, the company has replaced Liu with founder and board chairman Fred Chang.
