NYC to offer technical-education program in more schools

New York City will expand a program in which specialized schools partner with companies to offer students the ability to earn associate degrees in six years and give graduates first preference of jobs within the partner company. Three more schools will be opened next year under the city's early college and career technical-education high-school program model, including one that will partner with Microsoft.
