Report: Africa's pastoral communities a valuable climate battle resource

East Africa's pastoralist communities may have just the knowledge and skills needed to really battle the effects of climate change, but politicians are failing to take advantage of the resource, according to a report released Monday by Oxfam. Such communities, Oxfam argued, have been adapting to climate shifts for millennia and should be protected and encouraged by government in the region.
