Net neutrality is a small-business issue

The demise of Net neutrality would be a serious blow to small businesses, writes Michael Alter. Internet laws allow small businesses to find a niche on the Web that can help them target the audience they want to attract. But if Net neutrality is abolished, even those niches would be threatened by businesses with deeper pockets that would be able to fast-track and prioritize their own sites in Web searches.
