PEPFAR allots $75M for AIDS prevention in the Dominican Republic

The U.S President's Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief will give $75 million in support of HIV/AIDS prevention efforts in the Dominican Republic. The funds go toward the training of health care workers on how to treat patients, as well as to awareness-raising measures among at-risk groups.
