CDC offers training course on workplace violence in health care

A free online training course, developed by the CDC's National Institute of Occupational Safety and Health and other stakeholders, provides registered nurses and other health care personnel with information on how to recognize and prevent violence in the workplace. The program, which was assessed by members of the American Nurses Association, includes videos and text, nurse testimonials and quizzes.
